The step-by-step path for taking any new client from sign-up to a fully built, revenue-optimized Shopify store.

Step 0 Store Foundation

New stores only

Skip if the client already has a Shopify store. No store means nothing else works, so build the skeleton first.

Step 1 Install Apps

Every client

Add the toolkit to Shopify. Install only the apps that apply to the client. This step is install only; configuration happens in the steps below.

Step 2 Build Product Pages with RevenueFlows AI

Every client

The core deliverable. Set the template first, then generate and refine the product pages. Everything else attaches to these pages.

1Create Your Product Pages
  • Step 1 - Generate
    • Open the RevenueFlows AI app
    • Choose your product and click Generate
  • Step 2 - Preview & GO LIVE
    • Within 10 minutes, the "Edit" button will show
    • Click the button & it takes you to the "Edit" page
    • Click "Preview" to see how the page looks
    • Click "Publish" to make the product page GO LIVE
2Customize Your Product Page Template (Brand Styling)
  • Go to RevenueFlows AI App → Brand Styling (on the sidebar)
    • Choose your brand colour
    • Update your font
    • Press Update
    • Go to the Edit page of each product & press Save/Update for changes to take effect

Note: Lock in your Brand Styling once so all your product pages follow the template.

3Edit the Copy & Images

What to edit in a product page:

  • Element 1 - Bundles (if it's set up) - edit it in the Kaching app
  • Element 2 - Copy - edit in the RevenueFlows AI app
  • Element 3 - Images - edit in the RevenueFlows AI app (update the following sections):
    • Product Introduction Section Images
    • How It Works Section Images
    • Before Vs After Transformation Section Images
  • Page Settings - use it to hide/unhide sections & arrange the order of sections
4Regenerate Images
  • Step 1 - Start the image workflow (open the workflow ↗)
    • Copy the product page URL (created by the RevenueFlows AI app) into the workflow
    • Add 1-5 product shots
    • Upload product shots of a single colour / SKU from different angles. This allows AI to understand your product much better.
  • Step 2 - The workflow regenerates all images:

    • Product Benefit
    • How It Works (All In One Image)
    • How It Works - Step 1
    • How It Works - Step 2
    • How It Works - Step 3

  • Step 3 - Upload the images to the RevenueFlows AI app:

  • Step 4 - Press Save/Update. Your product page is updated.
5Edit Images with the Image Design Tool

Image design guidelines:

  • Output quality is determined by the quality of reference images & your instructions
  • Upload clear reference images:
    • Example 1 - Images showing the product from different angles
    • Example 2 - Images showing the product in use (so AI understands how it works)
  • Start a new thread after 5-6 rounds of conversation for best results
Step 3 Set Up Bundles with Kaching

Every client

Bundles are created in Kaching and show up automatically on the product page. Raises average order value.
